All of us know someone whose life has been touched by a mental health concern or substance abuse.  In fact, one out of three Americans will experience a mental health concern during his or her lifetime.  In addition, about 1.1 million adult Ohioans are addicted to alcohol or other drugs.

Fortunately, there is hope and help for people recovering from these devastating conditions, thanks to Trumbull LifeLines and its partner agencies.  Trumbull LifeLines, the Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services Board for Trumbull County has been the leader of a caring, effective network of provider agencies for 37 years. We believe in a community model of mental health and recovery.

We plan, fund, monitor, and evaluate mental health and
substance abuse services in Trumbull County, Ohio.
In fulfilling our statutory responsibilities, we ensure that a safety net of services is available for all our citizens.
Our efforts are supported by a dedicated, highly qualified Staff, a Board of Directors, and a caring Provider network.
